Small accounting firm located in the Bronx looking for a part-time accounting clerk for approximately 20 hrs per month, to perform basic accounting duties working mostly in QuickBooks and Excel. Work under the supervision of head accountant.

Accounting experience preferred & pay based on experience; QuickBooks and Excel knowledge a plus. Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:
– file, shred; scan and store
– data entry
– answer, reply and follow up on calls, emails, messages, appointments
– run errands
– organize & clean office

Ideal candidate has or is willing to learn professional written and verbal skills; data entry into multiple platforms; and able to locate information using the Internet

Part time position for 1 day a week for 3 hrs starting at $12, training included
